Biography
Dr. Megan H. Foster is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Utica College. She received her Ph.D. in Special Education from the University at Buffalo, her Masters in Special Education from Buffalo State College and her Bachelors from the State University of New York at Geneseo in both Special and Elementary Education. Prior to starting at UC, Megan completed a Post- Doctorate Fellowship at the University of Florida, studying individuals with significant disabilities, literacy, assistive technology and inclusion. She teaches the special education methods courses at both the childhood and adolescent levels. Megan is an active member of both CEC and TASH.
