Tom A. Rossi, D.B.A.
Biography
Professor Rossi joined the Utica College faculty in 1979 and also has more than 20 years of combined banking, human resources management consulting, teaching, and coaching experience. Professor Rossi earned his M.B.A. from Monmouth University and his D.B.A. from Northcentral University with a specialization in human resource management. He is nationally accredited as a Professional in Human Resources and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is also a member of the Mohawk Valley SHRM.
Professor Rossi is currently a member of the Provost’s Task Force on Hiring Practices, the SCT Merit Award Selection Committee and the AAUP-UC Governing Board. His current research interest is in employee perceptions of organizational culture and morale in enterprises served by professional employer organizations.
